His approach aims to provide, not only a focused, but also fun session to address a number of fitness concerns. With his interests in applied movement neurology and neuromuscular therapies, sessions may include different types of activities that promote targeted areas in the brain that bring in a new level of training into the clients regiment.
Other than enjoying his own workouts and exercises, Jeff enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Shawn and their rambunctious dog Mona, comedy, listening to music, hiking and being outdoors with nature.

Shawn’s movement background is in aerial arts and pole fitness. Her approach emphasizes body awareness, functional strength, and mobility as solid foundations for developing high quality movement, strength, power, and injury reduction.
Her path started on the recovery and rehab side of health and fitness, helping her friends stay healthy for their pole and aerial fitness hobbies. As a certified massage therapist with additional training neuromuscular therapy and orthopedic style bodywork she thrived in various medical offices focusing on injury rehab, sport recovery, and support for healthy, active lifestyles.
To support clients’ success, she also became a certified personal trainer focusing on movement quality and strength training for daily life. This lead her toward a more active and preventative role in health and fitness.
As a trainer she has primarily focused on group classes within the aerial and pole fitness community. Her training style focuses on mindful, purposeful movement with control and confidence, and developing strength, stability, and skill in all movements to stay happy and healthy.
During her education she was introduced to Z-Health®, a neuro performance education program using applied neuroscience to address pain and enhance movement performance. She began incorporating a nervous system first approach to her bodywork, teaching, and training. She is continuing furthering her knowledge in this field to better help her clients, students, and herself reach performance goals.
Today, Shawn works as a neuro coach, sports and rehab massage therapist, and trainer at Dynamic Movement Therapy. She emphasizes our nervous system first approach integrating brain-based bodywork, training, and coaching to provide clients with the most beneficial changes for their goals. She prioritizes developing a strong and confident movement library for any challenge life might bring and her background in aerial fitness emphasizes the strength, art, and precision the human body can achieve through high quality movement.
Her joy is seeing people succeed and she is happy to be a part of your journey.
