Jeff is our head personal trainer with 20+ years experience in the health & fitness industry. He has had the pleasure to work with hundreds of fantastic people with many different levels of fitness whom he considers all of them as athletes.
His approach aims to provide, not only a focused, but also fun session to address a number of fitness concerns. With his interests in applied movement neurology and neuromuscular therapies, sessions may include different types of activities that promote targeted areas in the brain that bring in a new level of training into the clients regiment.
Other than enjoying his own workouts and exercises, Jeff enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Shawn and their rambunctious dog Mona, comedy, listening to music, hiking and being outdoors with nature.

Shawn is our head neuromuscular massage therapist with 6+ years of full time practice at massage studios and clinical offices helping clients with preventative care and rehabilitative bodywork. She further developed her skills after massage school by studying applied neuroscience for movement performance and becoming a personal trainer. She has found this additional education has better rounded out her skillset in helping clients achieve their goals.
Her method incorporates a “brain-based” approach to expand on the benefits of traditional hands-on therapies with informed, intentional targeting of the nervous system to create meaningful change for clients.
Her work emphasizes the importance of assessment and reassessment to develop strategic sessions and programs based on clients' goals. Her priority is to listen to clients’ needs, wants, and concerns to help them navigate the way to their ideal self.
In her free time, she enjoys being upside-down in various aerial apparatuses, weightlifting, teaching, learning, creating artwork, and spending time with her family.

Shawn’s movement background is in aerial arts and pole fitness. In her work she emphasizes body awareness, functional strength, and mobility. These are the solid foundations for developing high quality movement, strength, power, and injury reduction.
She first got into the massage therapy practice to help her friends stay healthy for their aerial fitness hobbies and aid in recovery. She quickly developed her skillset with advanced education in neuromuscular and orthopedic style bodywork to further assist others dealing with pain, and rehabilitative needs with the ultimate goal of helping them get back to feeling like themselves again.
During her massage education she was introduced to Z-Health®, a neuro performance education program using applied neuroscience to address rehab and sport performance goals. She began incorporating a nervous system first approach to her bodywork, teaching, and training.
As a trainer she has primarily focused on group classes within the aerial and pole fitness community. Her training style focuses on mindful, purposeful movement with control and confidence, and developing strength, stability, and skill in all movements to stay happy and healthy.
Today, Shawn works as a neuro coach, sports and rehab massage therapist, and trainer at Dynamic Movement Therapy. Her approach involves brain-based bodywork and training with the intent of targeting an individual’s nervous system to provide the most beneficial changes for their goals, whether that’s getting out of pain, rehabbing an injury, preventing body breakdown, or improving performance in a specific skill. She prioritizes developing a strong movement library for any challenge life might bring and her background in aerial fitness emphasizes the strength, art, and precision the human body can achieve through high quality movement.
Her joy is seeing people succeed and she is happy to be a part of your journey.
