We do not take insurance for personal training services. In-office sessions can be paid for with an HSA card. You can also request a copy of your bill with CPT codes that you can submit to your insurance provider.
Yes, we provide youth personal training, movement optimization and clinical manual therapy services for ages 12 and up. For clinical manual therapy services for minors under the age of 16 we require a parent or guardian be present during their session.
We are currently a hybrid business offering mobile personal training and movement optimization in-home or off-site. Our clinical manual therapy and therapeutic massage is primarily done in-office. In-home clinical manual therapy and therapeutic massage is only available for established clients or by trusted referral.
